Twig & Olive

Officially Twig & Olive was born in 2015, linking together Courtney, Doug, and Bobbi, all who were successful family and wedding photographers in Madison, Wisconsin. Don’t let our youthful looks fool you; we all have over a decade of photography and design experience under our belts!

Drawing upon the fact that we are happier when we do things we excel at, we divided and conquered Twig & Olive, each taking on the part of the business that we love and slaying it. Our team-centered focus allows us to work like a well-oiled machine no matter if we’re teaching photographers how to business better or photographing clients in gorgeous locations.

We’re big on experience, whether that’s the experience of travel or the experience our clients have with us before, during, and after we photograph them.

Curating extraordinary experiences and creating art is what we do best, whether it’s here at home in Madison, Wisconsin, or somewhere around the globe.

Rico Reinhold

DANKE

J. K. Winders

HELLO, I’M J.K.WINDERS !

J.K. stands for Joshua Kelly. I am a portrait, adventure, and documentary photographer. I have been taking photographs and growing in this craft since 2012. The blending of traditional lifestyle photography with the wonderment and joy of adventure, accompanied by rich tones and moody vibes, are what make up the unique aesthetic of my work. In all things, my aim is to explore and create to inspire.

I was born and raised in the great state of Georgia; a red head in a family of brunettes. Since then, I have coexisted in the bustling city of Los Angeles, California, the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, and several places in between. As my horizons have expanded over the past several years, so have my portfolio and skill sets. I travel a great deal and consider myself a collector of experiences.

In addition to photography, I am also an avid writer, musician, and overall artisan. I am enamored by the creative process and the business of creating something artistic for the purpose of saying something that has never been said before. I enjoy doing work that challenges me and my abilities, and takes me to places I’ve never been and allows me to see things I’ve never seen. I constantly draw inspiration from old, vintage styles and techniques to discover new places to take my art and creativity. At my very core, I’m just a young buck on a journey, unceasingly refining and establishing myself as an artist, an adventurer, and a young man. I am always eager and excited to connect, create, and explore.

Aubree Belle

Hi! My name is Aubree Carter. I am 26 years old and I’ve done photography for a little over 5 years full time. I LOVE to travel, I’ve lived in Hawaii, San Francisco, and Utah (which is where I am from.) I am currently living in Bountiful, Utah. I love all things out doors! I am obsessed with shooting weddings and couples in love. There is something so amazing about being able to capture the raw moments in life. I thrive on candid, unposed, real emotion.

I have absolutely loved capturing so many amazing moments and can’t wait to see where this year takes me!
